MyPolitics helps you explore political issues, parties, and candidates and compare your views. Protecting your personal information is important to us. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains the types of information Flygon LC, the owner and operator of MyPolitics (“we,” “our,” or “us”), collects from and about you and what we do with that information.

This Policy applies to the MyPolitics website and any related services that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you acknowledge that we will process your information as described in this Policy. If you do not want us to process your information, please do not access or use the Services.

We do not currently sell or share personal information for targeted advertising as defined under applicable laws, nor do we use your information for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the Services or provide any information. If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you must be at least 16 to use the Services, and we do not knowingly collect information from users under 16 in those regions. If we learn we have collected information from a child below the applicable minimum age without verified parental consent where required, we will take steps to delete it.
